Hello, I'm looking for a roomie! I am a easygoing girl who works from home. I rent a room in my apartment in Coyoacán, fully furnished, $7000 + services.
The room is bright with a window to an outside garden, a double bed (very comfortable) and a large closet.
The apartment has a living room, dining room, kitchen, a bathroom, washing machine, hanging area and all appliances (refrigerator, microwave, stove, blender, coffee maker, etc.). With parking on a closed street.
Located two blocks from Miguel Ángel de Quevedo and 10 minutes walk from the heart of Coyoacán.
There would only be two people living here (you and me) and two beautiful, very well-behaved kittens.
My ideal roommate is a clean, tidy, calm and respectful girl, with seriousness in payments and good vibes.
