Está cerca del Centro Comercial Antara y Plaza Carso. $8000 al mes. Incluye mantenimiento, TV por cable, gas, agua, luz, internet, Tv por cable, gimnasio, canchas (pádel y usos múltiples), asador, cafetería, tienda, salón de usos múltiples.
Está ubicado cerca del metro San Joaquín y del Metro Polanco, en una zona de constante desarrollo inmobiliario.

You will find every kind of cuisine at Masaryk Avenue and the nearby streets: Chinese, Italian, Spanish , Argentine, Mexican food, and a wide range of bars, pubs, and discos.
Plaza Antara is the ultimate shopping mall with the most fashionable boutiques, and yes, it's very near from here: 5 minutes.
"Polanco" subway station will connect you to the largest city in Latin America so you will be able to reach any cultural/sport event you want to reach. "Auditorio" subway station is right in front of the National Auditorium, if you have your tickets for the concert.
Oh, I suppose you won't miss our downtown (Metropolitan Cathedral, National Palace, Fine Arts Museum for classical music, San Ildefonso Museum, Major Temple Museum and many many mnore museums. How to get there? EASY. If you are at Reforma Av. (Chapultepec), a public bus wil ltake you there. The Turibus (Auditorio Nacional) is another good option for tourists because it takes tourists to downtown-Coyoacán-Condesa with a full explanation of historical facts.
