My girlfriend and I are looking for a roommate to share a 2-bedroom apartment.
About the room
One of the two rooms in the flat. It has its own bathroom (outside the room). It is furnished with two double beds, nightstand, desk and a chair; full bathroom with shower, shelves, curtains, mirror, etc.
It’s about 200 sq feet /20 sq meters.

About the apt /building
It’s a furnished 2-bedroom apt. in Condesa (calle Nuevo Leon).
The apartment is on the 4th floor (there is an elevator). We’re about 10 blocks from Reforma, and in the heart of condesa in between parquet españa and paque méxico. Oxxos, ecobici stations, laundromats are within walking distance.
The apartment has a washing machine, refrigerator, stove, microwave, tv, vacuum cleaner, etc.
The building has an amazing roof top with heated pool, lounge area, snack bar (w room service), gym, lawn, convenience store. The best amenities of the area.
About your roommates.
You will be living with Sandra and Arturo. The time of large parties is over for us but sometimes friends come over for dinner, movies, etc. we don’t smoke, and we spend most of our time working and traveling.
There are 3 cats.
About you
Over 30 ideally. Stable income. No party animals. Foreigners encouraged to apply
Looking for someone in similar situation, who likes to be relaxed but still takes care of his responsibilities.
A 6-month commitment would be best.
