Hello! My mini-size pup and I are warmly seeking our next roommate. We’re relaxed, friendly, and very tidy—and hope you are too, dear future friend.
Our home is located on the first floor in Narvarte, near Roma Sur, Del Valle, Condesa, Nápoles, and Escandón. Close to gym, supermarket, shopping plaza, and a Sunday street market. Great transport links: metrobus (Obrero Mundial, Amores) and near metro stations Etiopía, Chilpancingo, and Centro Médico.
The Room is spacious with wooden floors and a large window letting in natural light. Fully furnished: bed, nightstand, bookshelf, desk with chair, armchair, vanity, fan, hangers, and bedding. Huge closet.
Common Areas & Perks. Fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, and dining area. Also we have a nice green patio.
Utilities included: high-speed internet, gas, water, and weekly cleaning service. Water purifying systems: UV and mineralizing filters.
A bit about me. I’m a university language instructor who loves walking with my pup, hiking, yoga, cinema, and reading. I value a peaceful, caring, and well-kept home.
We’re looking for a woman, dog lover, calm, and organized 😊 Age 35+ seeking a relaxed home environment. Minimum 6-month stay. Non-smoker, no pets (except my pup), and no live-in partners.
