I'm renting a private room in a shared apartment, available for a professional woman (preferably under 40).
The room is for single occupancy only and includes all utilities: high-speed internet, hot water, electricity, and bathroom is shared.
I'm looking for a tidy, responsible person who doesn't smoke and doesn't have pets. Also, no overnight guests, please.
We just ask that you keep the kitchen clean after using it, and always close the windows when you leave the apartment.
You're welcome to come see the room in person before making a decision – no obligation!

The location is great – Roma neighborhood, which has everything you need: banks, restaurants, universities, and plenty of parking options nearby.
