La estación del tren ligero "Mexicaltzingo" está a diez cuadras.
Mobiliario y electrodomésticos disponibles: refrigerador, estufa, horno y licuadora.
La cuenta con servicios incluidos: baño, gas, luz, agua, agua potable, aseo general de la casa, internet 15 Megas. En la sala de usos multiples se desarrollan actividades como: yoga, pintura, danza y música.
"Y COMO PLUS OFRECEMOS 2 HORAS DE COACHING POR SEMANA EN LAS SIGUIENTES ÁREAS: YOGA, RUNNING, HIIT, PINTURA Y MÚSICA.
El convenio es generalmente por 6 meses, el depósito en garantía es el equivalente a un mes de renta y se devuelve al final si se cumplió con el trato.
