Mobiliario y electrodomésticos disponibles: refrigerador, estufa, horno y licuadora.
Los servicios incluidos: baño, gas, luz, agua, agua potable, aseo general de la casa, internet 30 Megas. En la sala de usos múltiples se desarrollan actividades como: yoga, pintura, danza y música.
